"Ordinary People Do This": Rhetorical Examinations of Novice Web Design

My dissertation focuses on eliciting the rhetorical, technological and composing choices that novice web designers make as they learn to create web pages for personal and professional use, and considers the implications of these choices for learning, teaching, writing documentation, and professionalization.
